Admission Information

The college offers courses leading to the degree of Bachelor of Science in Home Economics and Masters of Science in Home Economics . Students may be admitted to the college at the first year level, at the first year Bachelor degree level , and the Masters level.

H.Sc.

ADMISSIONS IN FRIST YEAR INTERMEDIATE WILL NOW BE DONE BY THE COLLEGE .

Candidates for admission to XI Grade class must have passed the Matriculation examination. Preference will be given to students of Home Economics and Science in Matric.

B.S.

For admissions to B.S (HE) , the minimum requirement is H.Sc Home Economics with minimum 50% marks in aggregate or H.SC premedical with atleast 60% marks.

M.Sc.

Admissions in M.Sc. will be granted to students with a basic qualification of B.Sc Home Economics , including the option to be pursued in M.Sc.

Cancellation of Examination

Regular attendance at lectures and laboratory periods is very important and a student whose record shows continuous absence may be struck off the rolls of the College .At least 75% attendance is required in each subject before a student can appear for the Board/University final examination
